Wow, People Other Than Myself Actually Look at This Blog
I was bored while sloggin it out in a $6000 Gtd $24+2 Buy-in at Full Tilt so I decided to check out my traffic stats at StatCounter.com. I was surprised to see that in the short time since I have started actively blogging, my readership has doubled.
Check it out:
It may be a host of search [...]

(not) Crushing the Game
I went out fairly early (89th) in the WWdN blogger invitational (Friday’s at 6PM on PokerStars, $10+1, under private tourney, password monkey). I didn’t get very good cards and none of my draws ever materialized. I folded the Hilton Sisters on my 8th hand in the tourney when my preflop 4.5xBB raise was 3x reraised [...]

Blogrolling
Just installed a cool new tool – from Blogrolling.com
It will maintain a list of blogs you read, give you the code to publish them on your blog, and – most importantly – keep an eye on which ones have been updated.
I hope they stay in business!

Way Too Much Poker
I busted out middle of the pack in the Poker Stars Blogger Freeroll. No Carribean adventure for me, no Xbox, no iPod, not even a hat.
I was initially seated next to Jan of 50 Outs – I didn’t recognize any other bloggers. He’s a regular in the Sunday big tourneys on the net [...]

A Tenuously Related to Poker Post
Wil Wheaton is one of the first bloggers I started to read on a regular basis. Apart from when he writes about his cats, his blog is interesting and well written. Well, ok, he writes well about his cats, but I don’t think reading about other people’s cat problems is why Al Gore invented the [...]

PokerStars is announcing ANOTHER contest within a contest. For all registrants of PokerStars Blogger Championship, we are giving out a cool PokerStars Fleece for the following contest:
In your own words (any length you think is appropriate), tell PokerStars what makes a good blog. If you have a poker blog or one that has this as [...]

I’m In.
Woo hoo – I just booked flight & room for the WPBT Classic.
I used my frequent flier miles on American Airlines (AA – the best way to fly to Vegas for a poker weekend…) so I’ll be in town Friday through Tuesday. AA’s frequent flier program didn’t want me to leave until Tuesday – who [...]

The Hyperactive Balding Poker Room Guy at the Wynn
I usually try to avoid reading Daniel Negreanu’s blog for the same reason I try to avoid reading the Family Circus. Just as there’s only so many times I can experience Jeffy talking with his dead grandpa, there’s only so many times I can read about how Daniel played Golden Tee all day before finally [...]

Poker Stars is the Bomb.
Hmm, I wonder if ‘bomb’ gets this posting sucked into the NSA’s supercomputer?
Hi crypto-geeks!!
Anyhoo–
I just noticed that the Poker Stars blogger freeroll has begun blogging itself. This kind of recursion may lead to a disruption in the blogomatrix ultimately triggering the end of days. Ok, I’m in the NSA supercomputer for sure [...]
